Inside the Porsche Corporate Archive in Zuffenhausen. 356 pages documenting items that tell the story of the iconic brand through dramatic photography and high-resolution detail. This is the first book to provide artistic access to these secretive vaults. ERG Media produced this book in association with Porsche. 

Photographer Thomas Walk captured millions of archived items reduced to a meaningful selection: Porsche family belongings, design and development equipment, documents of iconic cars. Each piece shows textures, patina and history. Everything connects directly to vehicles displayed in the Porsche Museum. The packaging is exceptional. House Industries created custom typography echoing the archive aesthetic. 

The book arrives wrapped in paper mimicking design blueprints. Inside you find an archive box with reinforced metal corners. Breaking the seal reveals a red slipcase inspired by technical folders lining the archive shelves. Unwinding a string reveals the wealth of photographs and stories inside. A separate 16 page pull-out index details each item.
